We are located in Sukošan – 12km from Zadar

– Large living room (two sofas, TV, dining table)
– Heated pool (if the temperature is below 23 degrees)

Payment

Advanced payment when booking is 30% of the total price.

The rest of the price needs to be paid 60 days before the check-in 

If the reservation was made within 60 days of the check-in, the rest of the money will be paid upon arrival

Terms

Check-intime from 4 pm.

Check-out time until 10 pm.

Age restriction – The minimum age for check-in is 25

Pets– Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Parties – parties/events are not allowed

Quiet hours – Guest must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00
